In 2019, Pablo Lyle became involved in one of the most high-profile cases in the entertainment industry after a traffic incident in Miami led to a five-year prison sentence and eight years of probation. Since then, speculation has swirled about his potential early release. Recently, an official document has surfaced, confirming his projected release date. However, sources close to Lyle suggest that good behavior could pave the way for an earlier release.

Authorities have officially disclosed Lyle's projected release date, though he will not be released in 2025. According to a document shared during the Ventaneando program, the estimated release date is February 15, 2027. However, the document notes that this date may change. The program aired the information after it was shared by a member of Paty Chapoy's team.

Additionally, Ventaneando displayed a U.S. inmate database document, which included Lyle’s mugshot, physical details, and personal information. It was noted that Lyle's official intake date into prison was February 20, 2023.

Speculation on an early release

Despite official announcements, rumors have circulated suggesting Lyle could be released earlier, possibly in 2025. These rumors gained attention, but Andrea Legarreta, a close associate of the Lyle family, dismissed them on the morning show. She explained that she had spoken to Lyle’s sister, Silvia, who clarified that the rumors were false.

“Rumors began circulating, but we don’t know the source. I spoke with Silvia, Pablo’s sister, who told me, ‘Even family members have reached out to confirm this.’ It’s not true, and we’re unsure of the origin of this misinformation,” Legarreta stated on Despierta América.

While Lyle is not expected to be released until at least December 2026, there is hope for an earlier release based on good behavior. Legarreta explained that, like all U.S. prisoners, Lyle could earn good time credits, which may shorten his sentence. However, as of now, his official release date remains at the end of 2026.

The Lyle family has largely remained out of the spotlight, although reports suggest that some family members, including his siblings, have visited him in prison.

Before a major incident in 2019, Pablo, a Mexican actor who gained popularity in telenovelas and films, was on the rise in the entertainment world. He became well-known for his roles in hit shows like La Sombra del Pasado and Corazón que Miente, where he built a dedicated fan base. Unfortunately, a traffic altercation that led to a man's death changed the course of his life, resulting in conviction and imprisonment that overshadowed his once-bright future. As Lyle faces the legal and emotional hurdles of his sentence, the public is still intrigued by his situation, with many holding onto hope that he might one day regain his freedom and make a comeback on screen.
