Jennifer Lopez and Kevin Costner spent a fun night in Aspen, one that prompted many to think the two had an interest in each other. The pair, who've recently gone through notorious divorces, coincided in the snowy location over the holidays. While the place was crawling with celebrities, Lopez and Costner were photographed having a lot of fun in one of the city's most iconic stores.

Lopez and Costner were photographed laughing and having a drink at Kemo Sabe, an iconic Western-inspired clothing store that has many fans, including Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez, who were photographed entering the space with Bezos sporting a fancy-looking cowboy hat.
Costner is known for his love and appreciation of the American West, which is why he was likely at the store. He and Lopez were located on the same table, with Costner wearing a dark coat and a cream-colored scarf.
Lopez made funny faces at the camera
Lopez was seen laughing and enjoying herself, holding onto a drink and having some snacks. At one point, she made a funny face at the camera, clearly aware of the fact that she was being photographed yet apparently unbothered by the attention.
The pair are reportedly still talking
Recent reports claim that Lopez and Costner have been chatting since their encounter in Aspen.
“Since then, they’ve been talking pretty much every day, and the plan is to get together for dinner in the next couple of weeks, when their schedules line up,” said a source to Closer Online UK.
“At the moment things are still at the very beginning stages, but after they hung out in Aspen he made sure to send her a huge bouquet of her favorite flowers with a little handwritten note along with a magnum of champagne," continued the source.
Lopez is a big fan of Costner
While Lopez appears to be taking things slow after her divorce from Ben Affleck, she is flattered by the attention and appreciates many things about Costner and his devoted approach to his art.
“J.Lo isn’t ready to rush into anything right now but she does seem excited about the potential, and even if they wind up just connecting as friends, it’s still a massive ego boost to have him falling all over her like this,” concluded the insider.
Lopez is a fan of "Yellowstone," the series that Costner led for years. "I'm kind of disturbed that my wife really likes 'Yellowstone,'" said Affleck in a podcast appearance back in 2023.
He revealed that she loved the romance between Rip and Beth, two of the series' lead characters.
"Jen showed me a clip of her on Instagram, the monologue she has in the car about the ways to become rich," said Affleck. "And then she was like, 'I love this story of these two.'"
Lopez and Affleck recently finalized their divorce
Lopez recently finalized her divorce from Ben Affleck. She filed for divorce on August 20th, citing their separation date as April 26.
The divorce was seemingly handled with ease, with neither party providing spousal support. Lopez, who adopted the last name Affleck, is reverting back to her birth name.
Kevin Costner recently divorced his wife of 19 years
Kevin Costner also faced a notorious divorce over the past year. In February of this year, he finalized his divorce from his partner Christine Baumgartner, with the two battling it out in courts over child support payments, their prenup, their home, and more.
