Khloé Kardashian and Scott Disick’s relationship has made headlines for years, and they’re finally setting the record straight on some of the wild rumors. Disick and Kourtney Kardashian may have dated on and off until 2015, sharing three children, but fans have always wondered if something was going on between Koko and Scott.

By the request of fans, Disick was Khloé's first guest on her podcast Khloé in Wonderland. Although he doesn’t usually do podcasts, Scott said he would do anything for her promising, "I'll give you everything I've always wanted to give you."

Once Disick began dating Kourtney, he became a tabloid sensation. He remembered the early days when his parents would call him concerned over what they were seeing: "Every day they're like, 'You got Khloé pregnant?' I'm like, 'Yes Dad, I got Khloé pregnant.'" "You never got me pregnant," Koko clarified. "But that's what they would say on the front of them. Like every week it was a different sister I got pregnant," Disick said.

Koko told Disick there were two questions she kept getting: "My number one question was, well, I think there’s two questions. Have you and I ever hooked up?"

Playing to the fans’ obsessions, Scott responded, "F**k yeah," before Kardashian confirmed, “No, we haven’t.”

She explained the second question she got the most was, "Why aren’t we married?” "I don’t know if that’s together or..." she continued, confused.

The moment was a bit awkward as Disick asked, “Oh, like why aren’t we both not married? Or do they mean to each other? That’s a huge difference.” "Well, nobody specified… But I don’t care to give it a lot of attention," Koko said before moving on.

Khloé then asked if he found it strange how the public’s narratives have run wild, like the rumors that he hooked up with her or Kendall Jenner. “It’s either been Kendall or me, and I’m like, I don’t even know if you and Kendall hang out that much, because she’s always just so busy," she told him.

The Kendall and Disick rumors date back to a 2017 OK! Magazine headline, "Kendall: How Scott Seduced Me!" Disick shared his opinion, saying, “I don’t think it has any truth so they just run with anything. It’s just like, ‘Oh, look at their relationship. They’re close. Boom. Let’s just say something ridiculous.’”

As for the public’s obsession with him and Koko, he explained, "Then people see us together, and because we get along so well, people are like, ‘They’re soulmates.’" He said sarcastically, "Like, bro, I have children with her sister. We’re not soulmates. I obviously say a lot of gross things that are probably too much, but you know that’s just who I am. But obviously, I’m not serious," Disick continued, addressing some of the comments he’s made in the past.

While people will probably still call them soulmates, he affirmed, “The fact that people think that is psychotic.”
