Watch Gisele Bündchen and Joaquim Valente enjoy their beach day with strolls and surfing

Gisele Bündchen and Joaquim Valente are living their best lives in Costa Rica. The couple, who spent the holidays in the country, was recently photographed on a beach day, with the two making the time to go for a stroll and surf session.

Bündchen was photographed wearing a black long shirt that covered her baby bump and the tops of her legs. She wore her hair loose and wavy, pairing the look with some sunglasses and a pair of flip-flops that she carried in her hands.

She was accompanied by her sisters, her sister-in-law, and her dog, who strolled behind the group. Photographers captured them walking and chatting as they held onto their beach gear.

In the case of Valente, he was spotted surfing on the water. He wore a black bathing suit and had a sports watch tied to his wrist. He was photographed smiling towards the shore, likely keeping an eye on his companions.

Bündchen is preparing for the arrival of her new baby

This year, Bündchen will give birth to her third child. She has been maintaining her privacy over the past year, hoping to delay the media's attention and to carry out her life with as much privacy as possible. 

According to a source who spoke to PEOPLE, Bündchen “wanted to keep it private for as long as she could." The baby's birth is predicted to be between the end of January and March. 

While she has steered relatively clear of social media, she shared a post celebrating the New Year. "A new year is a special time to reflect on all that we have learned and what are the new things we want to create in our lives," she wrote in the post's caption, which showed her enjoying some sunlight.
