Madonna reflects on bittersweet year while celebrating with her kids and boyfriend in Japan

Madonna is reflecting on the ups and downs of 2024. The iconic singer is looking back at all the meaningful moments of the year and welcoming 2025 with a positive outlook, revealing that despite sad and unexpected moments, she stays with the "wonderful" memories in her personal and professional life.

The performer celebrated the holidays in Japan with her kids and her new boyfriend Akeem Morris, spending quality time with her loved ones, partying, and making new memories. Madonna took to social media to share some words of wisdom and post some photos of their fun times.

"To be a Mother and an Artist - Equal parts, joy, and suffering," she explained, seemingly referring to some personal struggles. "I can’t imagine living any other life," she declared, adding her resolutions for the new year.

"Here’s to more Love- To happy children - to magical thinking - to good health and eternal blessings," she wrote. "I give thanks and praise To anyone being brave, in this life and all the others," Madonna added, "In 2025 I raise a glass to anyone who has the courage to be Their authentic selves."

Madonna shared multiple photos with her family and friends on Instagram. She also posed with her new boyfriend and proved that she is in good health and is looking ahead to what 2025 is bringing.

The singer looked happy to be with her children, including Lourdes Leon, David Banda, Rocco Ritchie, Mercy, and twins Stella and Estere. Madonna had many happy moments during the holidays, spending Christmas and Thanksgiving with her family.

"We are born into families and we create our own," she wrote in November. "My Family has experienced many losses this year. My father has endured with Dignity. Watching him cry in the cemetery when we buried my brother Christopher -right after he lost his wife. Was a moment I will never forget. Spending time with him and all my children on Thanksgiving was Medicine for the Soul."
