Tom Holland and Zendaya continue to be one of Hollywood's strongest couples. Over the past months, Holland has opened up about his relationship with one of the world's biggest stars, protecting their privacy while sharing a look at their sweet dynamic.
Holland was featured on the cover of Men's Health, addressing why he rarely joins Zendaya on the red carpet of her premieres. He revealed that while he attends her premieres, he steers clear of the red carpet, “because it’s not my moment, it’s her moment, and if we go together, it’s about us.”
He revealed that while he appreciates his fans, the attention can be very limiting and is one of the reasons why he rarely goes to public events that aren't mandatory for his career. For example, if he wants to see a play, he can't simply buy a ticket and walk in. He and his team have to plan it all out in advance.
“It’s booked in advance, we sort it all out, we call ahead to the theater and make sure we can get somewhere private,” he said. Holland says that another limiting factor is that he doesn't want to take the attention away from other actors and performers with his own presence.
Holland and Zendaya's plans for the future
While Holland steered clear of providing too many details, he shared that he and Zendaya share two dogs: Noon and Daphne. Noon has been previously introduced in various interviews, with Zendaya revealing that she got him at the start of her career and that Noon has been one of her most consistent companions.
When it comes to the future, Holland shared his plans for having children and his desire to be completely present at that stage in his life. “When I have kids, you will not see me in movies anymore," he said.
"[It’ll just be] golf and dad. And I will just disappear off the face of the earth.”
