Fox News personalities Sean Hannity and Ainsley Earhardt are engaged. The pair shared the news on Thursday, revealing that their engagement took place over Christmas.
"We are overjoyed and so thankful to our families for all of their love and support during this wonderful time in our lives," said the couple to Fox.
Hannity, 62, and Earhardt, 48, revealed that the engagement took place in their home church. They described the setting as the "perfect place" to take their relationship to the next level, with the pair quoting their faith as one of the key ingredients that brings them together.
Earhardt is based in New York and Hannity is based in Florida, with the two keeping their long-distance relationship working due to frequent weekend trips. Earhardt is one of the hosts of "FOX & Friends," where she's worked since 2016 while Hannity hosts his primetime show "Hannity." The program has been around for the past 15 years, making Hannity the longest-running cable news host in history.
The pair were previously married to other people. Earhardt has been married twice, most recently to Will Proctor, a former quarterback from Clemson University. They share one daughter. Her first marriage was to Kevin McKinney. Hannity was previously married to Jill Rhodes, with the two sharing a son and a daughter.
According to the couple, they get along well with their exes, who are happy for their future. "We actually made them aware this was happening ahead of time," they said.
