Shakira was recently captured at an event in Miami to support her youngest son, Sasha Piqué Mebarak, during a Christmas fair organized for young Latin entrepreneurs. The Colombian superstar accompanied the nine-year-old, who showcased his entrepreneurial spirit by presenting his project, "Bad Boyz." Sasha's venture, a men's jewelry line featuring bracelets, necklaces, t-shirts, sweatshirts, and other accessories, stole the spotlight at the festive event.

According to Quién, Miss Nicaragua 2018, Adriana Paniagua hosted the Christmas fair, which provided a platform for children to market their creations.

Sasha took full advantage of the fair

A viral event video captured Shakira actively participating at her son's stand. The global icon engaged enthusiastically with visitors, showcased Sasha's designs, and even encouraged attendees to purchase his handcrafted pieces.

Sasha impressed onlookers with his professionalism. He interacted with customers, invited them to try on accessories in front of a mirror, and provided hands-on assistance.

Shakira's support for her family is no surprise

Shakira always attends events and fosters her kids' independence. During her appearance on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" in 2024, Shakira revealed that her children saved the money they earned when they lent their voices to her song "Acróstico."

Shakira's commitment to her sons extends beyond financial lessons. She also attended Milan's musical debut as a drummer in a band, proving once again that she is her children's biggest cheerleader.

In August 2024, the singer supported her niece Isabella during a special event in Miami. At the event, she presented her work at an art gallery to raise funds for kids in Cartagena. The painter shared the meaning behind her work on Instagram. "I started working on [the paintings] in my room in Brooklyn, then my parents house in Miami, then my dads passion project in Brickell, then my uncles apartment in Cartagena, and finally finished them in my tweenage bedroom that I gutted and turned into my temporary studio. Now I'm back where I started, in Brooklyn, getting ready to go back to school and keep working on my studio practice of course!!" Isabella wrote.

Shakira’s emotional 2024 Thanksgiving without her sons

Shakira, who recently broke Taylor Swift's record in Mexico City with her "Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran" Tour, celebrated Thanksgiving without her sons Milan and Sasha. According to reports, the boys spent the holiday in Spain under the custody arrangement of their father, Gerard Piqué. Despite her split from their father, the Colombian singer found joy in celebrating Thanksgiving with her team, who are helping her in preparations for her upcoming world tour.

Shakira shared a video of herself expressing heartfelt sentiments. "For many of us, it's our first Thanksgiving in the United States, and for me, it's my first Thanksgiving, and I love being able to share it with you," she said. Holding a glass and feeling emotional, she revealed that she felt a bit down at first because her children weren't there. "This morning I was a little sad because my kids aren't here with me, but then I saw their faces, and my day started to change because they have... such amazing energy, their smiles, and their kindness," she shared.

"I just want to say how grateful I am for this team; I truly believe I have the best team, the best band, the best crew, and the best dancers. I am deeply grateful for each and every one of you, as well as for the countless individuals who have supported me over the years, including my beloved band... Thank you for your dedication and hard work in creating this show, which I believe will be the most important of my career."
