It's around that time of year that seniors in high school begin to find out which colleges and universities they have been accepted into. As they make their final decision, celebrities like Lauren Sanchez have begun to reveal where their kids will spend the next four years getting their degrees.
Taking to her Instagram Story, the pilot reposted a photo revealing her middle child, Evan, is going to the University of Miami. The Instagram account Xrdscollegedecisions shared a photo of him as a little kid with, "Evan Whitesell. Business, University of Miami." "My heart is bursting. Beyond proud of you," she wrote. "Love you."
Evan has lived a very private lifestyle, similar to Jeff Bezos's children. Now that he is 18, we may learn more about him; Sanchez recently revealed that he has dyslexia.
The Emmy award-winning journalist has been very open about her experience living with undiagnosed dyslexia as a child. "My son said I could talk about it [now that he's 18], he has dyslexia, diagnosed in second grade," she said on Good Morning America.
Lauren shares Evan with her ex-husband Patrick Whitesell, along with his little sister, Ella. This is the second time she's watched one of her children leave the nest for college. Her oldest, Nikko, who she shares with ex-boyfriend Tony Gonzalez, graduated from college in May.
Trump family member committed to the University of Miami
He’s not the only celebrity kid heading to the University of Miami. Donald Trump Jr. and his ex-wife Vanessa’s daughter, Kai, announced that she committed to play golf there. But she will be there a year after him as she is a junior at the Benjamin School, a prestigious $37,000-per-year high school, per DailyMail. "I am beyond excited to announce my verbal commitment to the University of Miami," she wrote in August.
