Zoe Saldaña attended the Italian premiere of "Emilia Perez" with the people she loves the most. While she normally attends red carpet events alone or with her co-stars, Saldaña made an exception for the Turin premiere of her film, walking the red carpet alongside her husband Marco Perego, and their three sons: twins Bowie and Cy, 10, and Zen, 7.

Saldaña smiled brightly for the cameras, holding on to her husband and her sons, who look strikingly similar to her. The family unit opted for a black look, with Perego wearing a leather jacket, a striped t-shirt, some jewelry, and a grey hat.

Saldaña wore a black long-sleeve shirt with grey pants. She styled her hair long and wavy, and wore some makeup that included red lipstick.

In the case of the boys, the three of them wore matching suits, with each styled according to their preferences. The boy in the middle wore his suit jacket open, while the boy on the right opted for dark pants instead of navy ones.

While the event celebrated "Emilia Perez", it was also a celebration of Saldaña's work. She was honored with the Stella della Mole award

Saldaña's sons rarely attend events with their parents

While Saldaña has openly discussed motherhood and raising her kids, she's careful to guard their privacy.

When discussing her career and her desire to direct, Saldaña revealed that she wanted to wait to do it until her children were a bit older. “When you direct — especially the kind of director that I am, and that I’ve witnessed all the directors that I’ve admired be — you live with a movie for years,” she said to Variety.

“I just want to make sure that my kids are old enough where they don’t even notice that I’m gone.”

She revealed that shooting is difficult enough for her, finding the separation from her kids "intolerable."

"I always walk around with a heavy heart every time I’m away from them."
