Jennifer Lopez is sharing her experience on the set of 'Unstoppable.' The actress plays Judy Robles, the mom of champion wrestler Anthony Robles, and she is now revealing her creative process to embody the character, including being inspired by her own personal experiences as a single mom to 16-year-old twins Emme and Max.

During her latest interview with Entertainment Weekly, Jennifer explained that she reflected on her motherhood journey while working on the movie and preparing to play the role. "I've been a single mom at times in my life, and [I've asked,] 'Am I enough for them?' she admitted. "And the truth is, all you need is really one good parent to love you."

She continued, "You hear it in Anthony's voice, and look what he's been able to accomplish," the actress said about the wrestler's achievements. "That's what the movie gave me: You are enough."

The real-life Judy Robles also talked to the publication about Jennifer's performance, revealing that she did a great job. "She was able to really take on how I felt — the highs and the lows," Judy said. "We long to be loved, and we want something impossible to work out. And even when we see it and we're like, 'But I've got to keep pushing' — there's always a little bit of hope."

The musician had a conversation with Nikki Glaser for Interview magazine, where she highlighted the support of her family and "beautiful kids" Emme and Max amid the difficult moments that she faced this year.  "How can I pay attention to that when I have these beautiful kids and all this amazing stuff going on in my life? I can't," she said about remaining grounded despite struggling with her relationship.

"It's not until you go through incredibly hard moments and huge disappointments that you never could have imagined, that these things start becoming crystal clear," she said in the interview. "But the journey for me started probably when I had my kids, and that was 16 years ago."
