Melania Trump's memoir, "Melania," has been one of this year's best-sellers. It explores her youth and years in the White House alongside Donald Trump. The 184-page memoir also documents her career as a model in Europe and her subsequent journey to America, specifically New York, a city she loves.

Last month, it was reported that "Melania" was one of Amazon's best sellers despite its release in October. This means that the memoir has been consistently performing, with new people gravitating towards it following Donald Trump's win in the elections this past November.

The book was also one of the best sellers at Barnes & Noble, revealing that it's been a success across different sellers and platforms.

"I believe it is important to share my perspective, the truth, especially in these times of division and uncertainty," reads the book's foreword.

"As a private person who has often been the subject of public scrutiny and misrepresentation, I feel a responsibility to set the record straight and to provide the actual account of my experiences."

Melania's memoir beat out plenty of books on the date of its release

"Melania" came out alongside various eye-catching memoirs, including Riley Keough's and Lisa Marie Presley's "From Here to the Great Unknown", and Ina Garten's "Be Ready When the Luck Happens."

That week, "Melania" came out on top, ranked as the number one bestseller in The New York Times list.

Other political books and memoirs have fared well since the election, highlighting the polarizing climate that the country is experiencing. These include "Hillbilly Elegy," the memoir written by our soon-to-be vice president JD Vance, and "Real Anthony Fauci: Bill Gates, Big Pharma, and the Global War on Democracy and Public Health," by Robert F. Kennedy.

Dystopian fiction is also experiencing a good moment in sales, with books like Margaret Atwood's "The Handmaiden's Tale," George Orwell's "1984", and Ray Bradbury's "Fahrenheit 451" increasing their sales by significant margins.
