A report from 2019 sheds a look at Melania's breakfast, her favorite snacks and restaurants.

The report was shared by Inside Edition and was initially released in 2019. The clip shows a look at her daily menu, showing some of the bread and butter of Melania's nutrition.

According to the outlet, Melania has the same breakfast every day: a smoothie made out of blueberries, carrots, spinach, fat-free yogurt, and apple juice. She also makes it a priority to eat at least seven pieces of fruit a day, prioritizing her favorites, which are apples and peaches.

Her diet also has room for sweets and treats, including dark chocolate and ice cream, even though she's mindful of the portions she eats. The report also shows some of her favorite restaurants in New York City, including those located at the Trump International Hotel on the Upper West Side. She specifically has a soft spot for the Jean-Georges location there, reportedly being a fan of the restaurant's chicken parmesan.

Robert F. Kennedy appears to be invested in Donald Trump's health

Melania's desire to help Donald Trump eat better

A new report claims that Melania has partnered up with Robert F. Kennedy to monitor Donald Trump's diet, and try their best to improve it.

“RFK Jr. and Melania are ‘ganging up’ on the President-elect to eat in a more healthy way," said an insider to Page Six. "Think fewer Big Macs and less KFC, and more lean protein, salad and veggies for energy and to improve his overall well-being.”

RFK has been a key figure in Trump's presidential campaign and is his pick to serve as the head of the Department of Health and Human Services. According to his initial proposals, he'll oppose processed foods and hopes to ban them from school lunches.

In the case of Melania, she's been cooking more often and hoping that way Trump will eat healthier meals. “Melania has, on occasion, been cooking family dinners at Trump Tower for the president and their son, Barron,” said the source.

“She’s also encouraging him to make healthier choices.”
