Tom Brady is spending Thanksgiving in the US. The retired football player plans to spend Thanksgiving working according to a source, following his ex Gisele Bündchen's plans to travel to Costa Rica with their children and her partner, Joaquim Valente.
There's no bad blood between them though, with Bündchen and Brady having an agreement that works for both. “Gisele took the kids and headed to Costa Rica with Joaquim [Valente] to spend the holiday with each other,” said a source to Page Six.
“Tom is supportive and that’s the arrangement he and Gisele have agreed upon.”
As for what Brady will be up to, he'll be busy working considering Thanksgiving is a big day for football.
“He’s going to be calling the game for Fox that day and will be tied up with work,” continued the insider. He'll be one of the broadcasters on Fox Sports NFL and will be commentating on the Dallas Cowboys vs New York Giants game.
More details about Bündchen's Thanksgiving plans
Bündchen, Valente, and her kids Benjamin and Vivian took a private flight from Miami to Costa Rica this past November 23rd. Photos captured showed the group dressed comfortably and carrying some luggage, suggesting they'd be spending a couple of days away from their everyday routine.
In late October, Bündchen and Valente shared the news of their first pregnancy. "Gisele and Joaquim are happy for this new chapter in their life and they're looking forward to creating a peaceful and loving environment for the whole family," said a source to PEOPLE.
While the couple has kept their relationship private, the two have been spotted on trips and spending time together since 2022.
In February of this year, they confirmed the romantic nature of their relationship, with Bündchen emphasizing on the fact that she's doing better than ever and ignoring the criticism and attention towards her personal life.
“She is secure and happy, and so busy with her life that she doesn’t have time to dwell on the negatives out there,” said a source to PEOPLE.
