Hemsworth shared the update on his Instagram, kicking off the post with a video of his son boxing with a trainer. In it, Tristan aptly follows the trainer's rules, punching the pads that are held up.

His dad is seen looking on from outside the ring, smiling with his boxing gloves on.

More photos show Hemsworth and Tristan alongside the trainer, who's named Justin and shares a history with Hemsworth, and with Keoughan. One image shows Keoughan and Tristan inside the ring, with Keoughan holding up the gloves to protect his face and Tristan smiling with one of his hands around his new friend's shoulders.

Lastly, a video shows Tristan fighting Keoughan, who's on his knees to match the young boy's stature.

"I spent many hours at Fortune Gym Boxing years back when I first moved to Hollywood auditioning and chasing work," wrote Hemsworth in the caption. "To be back here with Justin now keeping my son sharp has been epic to watch."

Keoughan seemed thrilled with the post, adding a comment and praising Tristan's form and Hemsworth's skills as a father. "Not only a quality actor but a quality dad and person brother!!" he wrote.

"Tristan is gonna be a true champ all round!!!"

Keoughan and Hemsworth are both currently working on the film "Crime 101," explaining why they're training in the same gym and spending time together.
