Adele's last performance of "Weekends with Adele" was her 100th and took place this Saturday. It marked the end of a run of shows that lasted two years. "I will miss it terribly, and I will miss you terribly," she said in videos captured by fans and shared on social media.

"I don't know when I'm next going to perform again. I'm not doing anything else."

"Of course, I'll be back. The only thing I'm good at is singing. I just don't know when I next want to come on stage," she said, reassuring listeners.

Adele thanked her family, including her son Angelo and her partner Rich Paul. She shared that one of the reasons why she opted for a residency was to keep her son's life as normal as possible.

She addressed Paul and thanked him for "making me feel that I could do whatever I want to do."

Adele also addressed her residency's "rocky" start

Adele's residency was initially meant to start earlier in 2022, and was delayed after experiencing various COVID-19 and delivery setbacks. She addressed the moment in her speech to the audience. “I’m so sad this residency is over but I am so glad that it happened, I really, really am,” she said.

She said that the show had "rocky" start and that it occurred after “the worst year of my life,” according to Rolling Stone. She said that she received many warnings from her team, with many telling her that the move would be harmful for her career and that Vegas would never forgive her. “If something doesn’t feel right to you, don’t f*cking do it," she advised the audience.

“It’s just what I needed for this season of my life… I love you, I adore you. Thank you.”
