Dwayne Johnson reveals daughters' parts in his new movie

"Much better than daddy," the actor said

The Moana sequel was a family affair for Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson. The actor's two younger daughters, Jasmine and Tiana, whom he shares with his wife Lauren Hashian, did voiceover work for the Walt Disney Animation Studios movie Moana 2.

Jasmine, 8, and Tiana, 6, voiced the Moana-Bes in the film. Proud dad Dwayne shared a video of his daughters in the recording booth. "Much better than daddy," he's heard saying.

Alongside the Instagram post, the girl dad wrote, "Introducing your #Moana2 Moana-Be’s 🌺🥰 My two tornados 🌪️🤣 Jazzy & Tia 🤎🤎 It was a family affair at the @DisneyAnimation recording studios and everyone had a blast!"

"As you can see, Moana is deeply personal and I’m a grateful man 🥹🙏🏾 ," he continued. "Catch the Moana-Be’s handing out L’s to Maui - in theaters Thanksgiving day! 😂 #MOANA2 @disneyanimation." 

Dwayne is also a father to 23-year-old Simone Johnson from his previous marriage to Dany Garcia.

Dwayne, his wife, their two daughters and his mom attended the world premiere of Moana 2 on Nov. 21

Dwayne's wife Lauren also shared the video of their daughters recording their lines on her Instagram. "This was the sweetest and FUNNEST day! So exciting that the munchkins got to voice characters for MOANA 2!! The MOANA-BE’s! Moana’s mini fan club on her island 😍🥹🌺 ," she captioned the post. "Tonight will be the very first time we all get to watch it and hear their little voices come to life… we can barely contain the excitement! This movie has truly always meant the world to them and now they always have an even extra special connection .. definitely deserving of a cheeehooo! 🙏🏼🥹🌺 #MoanaBes! #Munchkins #Donuts 😂 @therock @atajohnson ❤️."

Dwayne, Lauren and their two girls, as well as The Rock's mom, Ata Johnson, attended the world premiere of the movie in Kapolei, Hawaii on Thursday. Earlier in the day, Disney teamed up with Dwayne and Make-A-Wish to create a memorable experience for five wish kids and their families. Disney at Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa hosted the families who were invited to visit the island as the actor's guests for the premiere.

Moana 2 is set three years after the events of the first movie. "After receiving an unexpected call from her wayfinding ancestors, Moana must journey to the far seas of Oceania and into dangerous, long-lost waters for an adventure unlike anything she’s ever faced," according to a description for the film. Moana 2 opens in theaters Nov. 27.
