Kim Kardashian shared photos of her dogs Sushi and Sake

The ad shows Kardashian wearing a furry and white coat as she holds up her dogs, who look adorably at the camera. The coat gives Kardashian and her dogs a cloudy and dreamy background, blending them all.

The ad is for SKKN's new Holiday collection, made up of new lip balm, a glam palette set, and a lip liner.

"Warm up with the SKKN Holiday Collection," she captioned the post, which is made up of photos and videos of the products.

One scroll through the comments section shows that the dogs took up most of the spotlight, with followers dropping comments that reference a previous controversy involving them.

"Are these the dogs that you keep locked in your garage?" wrote someone.

"Ohhh you took them out the garage for a shooting," wrote a second person.

Kardashian's pet controversy explained

Kardashian's controversy with Suhi and Sake dates back years. Last time the pets appeared on social media, they were featured on a TikTok video shared by North West, where the dogs were staying with some pee pads inside the family's garage.

Fans began to criticize the pets living conditions, until Kardashian decided to delete the clip.

Sushi was adopted in 2017, and was featured in "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" in a memorable episode where he was trained by the celebrity dog trainer Cesar Millan in order to cope with his barking.

Last year, the pets were adorably dressed as the real sushi and sake for Halloween. "Saké dressed like Sushi for Halloween," said Kardashian in an Instagram story. "Hey, are you a piece of sushi," she asked the dog.

"You're like, 'What is this?' So unbothered."
