Melania Trump recently revealed how proud she is of her family, following Donald Trump's presidential win and Barron Trump's first time voting during the elections. The happy family is now preparing to celebrate the holidays in Mar-a-Lago with their closest friends and family members, as well as their inner circle.

The future first lady has yet to reveal what her holiday plans will be this year, but a recently resurfaced clip from 2017 showed what she would want for Christmas. Melania was visiting the Children's National Hospital in D.C. at the time and talked to 'Santa Claus' before reading her favorite holiday book to the kids, 'The Polar Express.'

During her public appearance, Melania said that she wants "peace in the world" and "kindness." The first lady thought about her answer after one of the kids asked the important question. "Oh, that's a nice one. I asked Santa for Christmas, peace in the world, health, love and kindness. Thank you," she said.

She was also asked what she would want to do during the holidays if she didn't have a tight schedule during her time at the White House. "I would spend my holidays on a deserted island, a tropical island, with my family," she said to the 10-year-old kid who asked the question.

When it comes to how her future looks like after the 2024 presidential win, a source said that Melania would be splitting her time between New York, D.C., and Florida. "Melania will be a part-time first lady — while being a full-time mother and wife," an insider told the Daily Mail.
