Chris Hemsworth is having fun at one of the things he does best: workouts. The actor and athlete shared a video of his new gym, which he recently opened in Byron Bay, Australia, and provides all Centr trainers with a new space where they can record workouts and create content for the company.

The video was shared on YouTube and shows Hemsworth introducing the gym while also working out with his friends, with all of them having more fun than one would expect when lifting weights.

"So in the true spirit of the Holiday season, myself and Centr have decided to gift you guys this space," explains Hemsworth at the start of the video.

"This is the official Centr training warehouse, we're gonna call it The Shed. And I wanted to gift it to you guys and all of the Centr trainers. This is the one-stop to get shredded," he said, showing off his biceps.

As Hemsworth and his friends go through various workouts on different machines, they challenge each other to do as many reps as possible and for the loser to complete a challenge, which involves even more workouts.

While Hemsworth is mostly associated with his films, he's also become a prominent figure in the world of fitness. Hemsworth often shares videos and posts on his social media, showing some of the steps he follows to be at his strongest and fittest

Hemsworth most recent workout video was shared on late October, showing him working out on the beach with no equipment. In the video, Hemsworth vigorously goes through various activities, including pushups in the sand, sprints, and an uphill run where he's chased by an adorable dog.

"Using the great outdoors to punch out a little workout," he wrote, tagging his app Centr.
