Jessica Biel was first sighted following Justin Timberlake's recent controversy. The actress was photographed on her way to work on the set of "The Better Sister," in New York, attracting the attention of onlookers and the lenses of photographers. Her public appearance took place a few days after her husband was arrested while driving under the influence.

Biel looked amazing in a tight dress with black and nude stripes. She had on a bob-like haircut, with her hair dyed a lighter shade of brown than she usually wears. She accessorized her look with some jewelry, including some rings, bracelets, and a golden necklace. While Biel looked serious, she smiled at times, speaking to the woman who accompanied her. She didn't address photographers and made no comments regarding Timberlake's arrest.

According to various news outlets that had access to Timberlake's arrest documents, including Page Six and TMZ, Timberlake was arrested in New York by an officer who didn't recognize him. The official described Timberlake as having red and glassy eyes, with his breath smelling heavily of alcohol. He noted that Timberlake spoke slowly and had trouble walking straight. Timberlake said he'd only drunk a martini and allegedly said that the arrest would ruin his world tour.
