The CONCACAF W Gold Cup kicked off this past Tuesday, in the US. It’s the third annual tournament of the sort, gathering women’s soccer teams from countries in North America, Central America, and the Caribbean in order to find the best team of the year. It’s a cup filled with soccer stars, from the US’ Trinity Rodman to Colombia’s Linda Caicedo, who stunned at the Women’s FIFA Soccer Cup last year.

Linda Caicedo is a Colombian player that also plays for Real Madrid. She was a key part in Colombia’s World Cup, helping her country achieve her best standing ever in the tournament.
Trinity Rodman is 21 years old and already has an impressive career. She was the youngest drafted player in NWSL’s history, going on to win multiple recognitions that same year. She now plays for the Washington Spirit.
Aline Gomes is one of the youngest player in the Brazilian squad and has made her mark on various important occasions, including at the under-20 World Cup 2022.
Dalia Ippolito has been a part of the Argentinean team for a while now and has built an impressive international career, becoming the first Argentinean woman to play for Juventus. With only 21 years of age, she’s an exciting talent to keep an eye on.
Lastly, Jade Rose is a Canadian defender. At only 21, she’s become a fixture of a team known for its incredible defense, sharing the field with many Olympians.
