Billionaire and founder of Amazon, Jeff Bezos and his fiancée Lauren Sánchez seem to have concluded their endless and luxurious summer vacation in Croatia. Nearly three months the couple embarked on this extravagant getaway that took them to mulitple destinations.
The couple who recently got engaged after 5 years together, spent their summer leisurely exploring the Western Mediterranean on their magnificent $500 million yacht.
Although, it’s worth noting that the highlight of their journey took place before reaching the French coast, when Bezos proposed to Lauren with an spectacular diamond ring (valued at $3.5 million) and she said ‘yes’ after almost five years together.
On board the Koru, which translates to ‘new beginnings’ in Maori, the American tycoon and the Latina entrepreneur have indulged in many luxuries. These include two distinct decks, a pool, a jacuzzi and a cinema room.
The yacht is valued at 75 million dollars and boasts a helipad, ample space for auxiliary boats and jet skis, complete diving gear, and even miniature submarines.
However, beyond these luxuries, the highlight of their journey has undoubtedly been the breathtaking vistas they’ve encountered along their voyage. Since May, their nautical route has taken them through the Balearic Islands, Cannes, Saint-Tropez, Capri, Sardinia, Portofino, and the Baltic region.
During their trip, Lauren and Bezos, who recently acquired a house in Miami, seized the opportunity to bond with their blended family, relishing the charm of the Mediterranean coasts. Additionally, they extended warm invitations to numerous celebrity friends to join them on board.
Upon their arrival in Positano and aboard their super yacht, they also celebrated with an intimate engagement party, attended by a select group of guests, including Bill Gates with his girlfriend, Paula Hurd; Leonardo DiCaprio; Kris Jenner; and entrepreneur Wendi Deng, the former wife of media mogul Rupert Murdoch, as reported by Page Six.
They also shared memories and lunches with Oprah and her best friend Gayle King while in Capri, Italy and had a great time Demi Moore who was accompanied by her friends Andreas and Athanasia Steggos during their stay in Greece.
Lastly in Croatia, Jeff and Lauren didn’t miss the chance to see more friends. The couple spent some time with Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom and Usher enjoying a relaxing stroll down the main street Stradun in Dubrovnik.
