The mansion is 12 bedroom home worth $60.85 million. It has 24 bathrooms, a pool, a basketball court, and more.

According to TMZ, the house was initially valued at $75 million. The couple decided to pay in cash in order to nab a deal that would cut on some of the home’s costs.

Affleck and Lopez married last year and are expected to live in the home with their children. Lopez has Max and Emme with her ex-Marc Anthony, while Affleck has Violet, Samuel and Seraphina, with his ex Jennifer Garner.
