They have not shared an update on if the 9-10 week-old puppies have all been adopted, but the post has gained a ton of attention. It has over 3.6 thousand likes with over 800 comments, and there have been several articles written about the story.
AJ McLean
The Backstreet Boys were in town the week before, and the puppies were enlisted to “help” with a special production.
Howie Dorough
The Facebook post had a cheeky caption encouraging people to “throw your hands up in the air and wag your tails like you just don’t care.”
Kevin Richardson
The shelter even named the puppies after the band. “So as long as you promise to love them, with the exception of AJ and Howie, who will be available for adoption later this week, all Backstreet’s Pups are available to ADOPT,” they wrote in the caption.
Brian Littrell
There is a sixth puppy named Millennium after the band’s third studio album up for adoption as well.
