Ivana was born February 20, 1949 and was was a Czech-American businesswoman, media personality, fashion designer, author, and model.

When she was a child she was a talented skier, joining the junior national ski team, which gave her the opportunity to travel beyond the Soviet-era communist boundaries at the time.

The educated woman studied at Charles University in Prague and earned a master’s degree in physical education in 1972.

Ivana said in the past she considered modeling a hobby rather than a job but her clients included Eaton’s department store and the designer Auckie Sanft, along with promotional work for the 1976 Summer Olympics that were being hosted in Montreal.

Ivana was in New York City with a group of models in 1976 when she met Donald.

Ivana and Donald got married in 1977. They divorced in 1992 after his affair with Marla Maples. When the couple finally settled, she walked away with $14 million, along with other perks like a mansion in Greenwich, Connecticut, per CNN. Shad to sign a non-disclosure agreement as a condition of the divorce settlement, and was required to get Donald’s permission before publicly discussing their marriage.

She welcomed her three children: Donald Jr. in 1977, Ivanka in 1981, and Eric in 1984.

Ivana married her fourth husband Rossana Rubicondi in 2008 and the separated the following year. He passed away in 2021 at the age of 49.

Ivana and Donald made several appearances together on TV programs including The Oprah Winfrey Show in April 1988.

She published several books, including For Love Alone (1992), Free to Love (1993) and a self-help book called The Best Is Yet to Come: Coping with Divorce and Enjoying Life. She also stayed active with campaigns, announcing her to fight to end obesity in 2018.
