Beyoncé may not have won the Oscar for Best Song, but she probably would have won if there was an award for “celeb wearing the most diamonds.” The singer had two different looks throughout the evening, wearing 400 carats worth of diamonds and other gemstones, rocking over $9 million worth of jewelry by the end of the night, according to Page Six Style. Check out the details below.

The last time Beyoncé performed at the Oscars was in 2009, and this year the singer kicked off the show with a performance of “Be Alive,” from the King Richard soundtrack, which is the song that earned her her first Academy Award nomination. The performance took place at the same Compton court where Serena and Venus Williams once practiced. She wore a custom David Koma tennis ball-colored dress, staying loyal to her longtime jeweler Lorraine Schwartz with 150 carats worth of diamond bangles and two diamond rings: a 50-carat emerald-cut bauble and a 20-carat cushion-cut sparkler. Bey also wore a sexy embellished garter on her thigh.

At the ceremony, Beyoncé looked stunning in a Valentino Haute Couture gown and matching cape in neon yellow. Opera gloves were a big theme of the night, but Bey didn’t leave her fingers out of the diamond parade, slipping a 35-carat pinky ring by Schwartz over the yellow gloves.
