Kourtney Kardashian used to be the only Kardashian sister that has never been engaged but on October 17th Travis Barker changed that when he got down on his knee. Since then they have been everyone’s “couple goals” with many saying they needed to find someone like Barker. The bride to be captioned the gallery of heartwarming photos, “I woke up all night thinking it was a dream.” Barker commented, “Forever with you is a dream come true” under the pic. Sister Khloe Kardashian shared her excitement and commented, “I’m so happy for you my beautiful sweet sister! You deserve every kiss. Every ounce of love. Every happy thought. You deserve every single second of this! I love you and I love you! I love you.”

After news of their engagement went viral, Barker’s ex-wife Shanna Moakler shared a meme on her Instagram story saying she was “temporarily closed for spiritual maintenance.” Kourtney’s ex Scott Disick is reportedly taking some time himself and “distancing himself from the family.” ”It‘s not about them, it’s not about Kourtney. It‘s about him needing some time to process this and deal with it on his own, without them. He’ll come around soon,” they added.

According to celebrity jeweler Lorraine Schwartz, Barker was “really hands-on” with the process. “I worked on it with Travis and he was a really big part of it,” she told PEOPLE. “He was really hands-on in the whole making of it. It’s gorgeous and they’re happy.”

Barker had every detail planned when it came to the gorgeous beach proposal. A lot of red roses sacrificed their petals to make Travis and Kourtney’s first initials become one. Of course, everyone wants to see the ring. Mike Fried, CEO of The Diamond Pro, told Page Six Style the ring, “looks to be larger than 15 carats in a pavé or hidden halo setting,” and valued it at $1 million.

The couple build a friendship while they were neighbors for years and they’ve been spotted hanging out as far back as 2018. Barker denied the rumors in 2019 and 2 years later in January 2021 they confirmed their love. Since then it‘s been non stop PDA moments for the couple.

Barker popped the question on Sunday, October 17th at the Rosewood Miramar in Montecito, California. It was later revealed that the special moment was filmed for her family‘s upcoming Hulu show. “Since this is Kourtney’s first engagement, it’s, of course, a big deal,” an insider told PEOPLE. “Most of her family was there to celebrate. Two of Travis’ kids were there too. They enjoyed a private, family dinner at the hotel.“
