10 times the Kardashians were accused of failed photoshop

Kourtney Kardashian posted a stunning photo in the tub in March 2019 but it’s physically impossible for her legs to look like that, specifically how low her knee is.

Kim Kardashian was accused of photoshopping this pic back in 2018 because the car behind her clearly does not look like a real car. But in her defense, she was just reposting a fan edit. She addressed the controversy, “I’m seeing online and on news media outlets that I suffered a ‘Photoshop fail,’” Kardashian wrote on her website. “So ridiculous! I reposted a picture on Instagram that a fan had already posted—I only added a filter to it. It looks like the fan mirrored the photo, which is the reason the car looks like that. So, this is actually really funny to me! Who would even Photoshop a car to look like that?! LOL.”

You would think that Kris Jenner has all of her bases covered but back in 2014 she must have forgotten to tell chef Gordon Ramsey to wait before uploading an unedited photo of them. On October 14, 2014, Ramsey posted a photo of them supporting her cookbook In the Kitchen with Kris: A Kollection of Kardashian-Jenner Family Favorites. Six days later Kris shared the same photo with a heavy filter over both of them. The pictures side by side could send a cringe chill down your spine.

No one gets caught up in photoshop controversy like Khloé Kardashian. Khloé uploaded this “original” photo back in February 2016 after she was accused of poor photoshopping because the doorframe behind her looked warped. “If only hatin burned calories how dope yall would be. Too bad it doesn‘t. Here’s the OG shot. The petty movement ain’t cute,” she wrote in the caption. She went on to explain on her website that she photoshops her legs because she was in a car accident at 16 that resulted in multiple leg surgeries. “Whenever I post a picture of my legs on Instagram, everyone comments on how fucked up my knees look,” she wrote. “It’s because I’ve had reconstructive surgery, you assholes!” However, even in the “OG shot” you can see the glass mirror is slightly warped and looks bent between the water spout and soap.

Kim got caught up with the same warped door drama back in 2018. Whenever lines start to slant you know something is up. People were quick to notice and commented, “why’s the door slanted.”

Khloé is very open about her love of Facetune. “Facetune is the best thing to bring to the table. It’s life-changing,” she told Chelsea Handler on her Netflix docuseries, Chelsea Does, in 2016. “It’s the only way to live.” She might have gotten a little too into editing this photo because every headline after talked about how “recognizable” she was with her “new face.”

Last year in May Kim was called out hard from her snake-themed photoshoot. Even her hair had the design. But if you look closer, it looks like you can see her nails running through her hair, which isn’t possible since they are up against the wall. Also, the shadow makes no sense. One user commented, “I love how fat the shadow is. Lol” under the pic, which is still posted on her page.

It seems like every Good American drop comes with photoshop drama. Fans were confused why Khloe’s feet and fingers look the way they do for the brand‘s first footwear collection. She addressed the controversy on Twitter and said it was on purpose, “HA I’m cracking up! 4a few of those GA photos, we shot on a camera lens that creates a stretching effect. The closer the object is to camera they will get elongated. So in some of my photos, my feet/fingers look incredibly long. Not to worry! I still have normal size hands/fingers,” the Good American co-founder tweeted.

Kim’s children have been accused of poor photoshop skills but Kim will be the first person to tell you the truth. Back in 2019 for Halloween, the family dressed up as the Flintstones. She admitted in the caption, “This family pic was such a challenge because Chicago was so scared of Dino! LOL We tried to explain and show her that it was just daddy but she didn’t get the concept yet! So shout out to the photographer for editing her in & making our family Flintstones dreams come true!”

Chicago wasn’t the only one getting photoshopped into pictures. In December of that year for Kim and Kanye West’s family Christmas card people noticed that North West looked a little, off, including her eyesight. Kim later explained on The Ellen DeGeneres Show that Chicago had a temper tantrum the day of the shoot, and had to be photoshopped after the fact. “It’s the most anxiety to get four kids together smiling in a room,” Kim told DeGeneres. “North was having a day, so she refused to be in the shoot. She just was crying because she wanted her specific hairstyle, whatever. I said, ‘Fine you’re not gonna be in the card.’” “The next day she woke up and was like, ‘Mommy, I really want to do a card,’” continued Kim. “Thank god the photographer was still in town. I called the photographer, had her come over. I said, ‘I have no makeup on now, I look totally different. Let’s just pretend—shoot us, but cut me out and you’ll Photoshop her in.’ And it looks like a beautiful card.”
