It seems like nowadays with popular renovation shows and the house flipping business booming, investing in real estate is the way to go. With the money that celebs have, they sure aren’t just purchasing one multi-million mansions, they’re investing in some serious real estate. Some are even buying and flipping homes to make a big profit.
The Celebrity Investments Index, created by the investment experts at money.co.uk, did their research and put together a list of A-list celebrities who have impressive real estate portfolios.

Kylie Jenner
Jenner got her feet wet in real estate at only 17-years-old when she purchased her first $2.7 million Calabasas home. Since then the makeup mogul has bought and sold three more homes in Hidden Hills for $6 million, $5.4 million, and $12 million, according to money.co.uk.
Taylor Swift
Swift has spent close to $50 million on apartments in Tribeca, New York City. The singer has also invested in homes in Nashville, Beverly Hills, and Rhode Island.
Leonardo DiCaprio
DiCaprio’s real estate portfolio consists of an entire island off the coast of Belize that he bought for $1.75 million as well as his properties in Manhattan, Hollywood, Palm Springs, Malibu and the Hamptons.
Jennifer Aniston
Aniston bought and flipped a Beverly Hills mansion for $13.5 million in 2006 and then sold it almost three years alter for $35 million.
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie
Pitt and Jolie bought the Château Miraval in France for about $67 million. The famous exes own multiple properties in New Orleans, New York, Los Angeles, Santa Barbara and Spain.
Tyra Banks
Banks’ seems to love real estate. She owns four properties in the Pacific Palisades in Los Angeles. She owns a Manhattan duplex in Battery Park City that she’s selling for $17.5 million. Since then she has also sold and bought more properties in LA.
Madonna
Madonna is another celeb who owns several expensive international properties. She owns an 18th-century mansion in Portugal and a reported six properties in London. The singer also owns a $40 million NYC apartment and she’s currently selling her $35 million Beverly Hills mansion.
Arnold Schwarzenegger
In Schwarzenegger’s younger days, he purchased a six-unit building in Santa Monica and lived in one of the apartments himself. Now, he currently owns hundreds of apartment units, office buildings and retail space in West Hollywood and Los Angeles.
Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis
Kutcher and Kunis own a $10 million beach house in Carpinteria and a $10.2 million home in Beverly Hills.
