When you get married to someone as incredible as  Serena Williams , it doesn’t hurt to be known as her husband--even if you’ve got your fair share of accomplishments yourself.

Ever since it was revealed that they started dating, Reddit cofounder Alexis Ohanian has always been outwardly supportive of his now-wife. Knowing just how much he admires the tennis superstar, it’s not surprising that he doesn’t get offended when people simply refer to him as “Serena Williams’ husband.”

Earlier this week, one fan wrote Alexis on Twitter, letting him know how much they appreciate his willingness to stand in the shadow of his other half.

“I love how you don’t mind that they call you Serena Williams’ husband,” the fan wrote.

Shortly after receiving the tweet, Ohanian responded with the ultimate humble brag: “I‘ll be a self-made billionaire one day and most people will still know me as Serena’s husband (or Olympia’s dad) and that’s fine by me.”

He went on to share a screenshot of the conversation on Instagram, writing in the caption, “TBH I’m hoping to be known as ’@olympiaohanian’s papa.’”

The Reddit co-founder taking the time to publicly praise his wife and his daughter is nothing new, going back to the beginning of his journey dating Williams.

Ohanian previously told The New York Times that when he met Serena, he felt pretty confident about his own work ethic.

“I thought I was the hardest-working person on the planet. I thought we were the hardest-working industry,” he said at the time. “That’s what we tell ourselves. It’s all malarkey.”

And that’s because he met a woman who just might be more hardworking than he is--and that woman is Serena Williams.

“I’ve had this front-row seat over the last three years to greatness. It’s a humbling experience seeing really what high-pressure situations actually look like professionally, seeing just what it takes to actually be that great,” he explained. “It is a work ethic on another level.”

Plus, dating--and eventually marrying--one of the biggest athletes in the world made Alexis a tennis fan.

“I used to change the channel when tennis was on. Then I watched my first match when I met her, and quickly got an appreciation for the sport,” he explained. “It’s not just the physical requirements but the mental requirements. I could not imagine doing my job with millions of people watching.”
