They met in Miami

Michael and Yvette met at a nightclub in Miami and they moved in together in 2010. Shortly after, the power couple got engaged in 2011 and they married in Palm Beach, FL. The wedding cost around $10 million where A-List celebrities were in attendance. Among the guests were Tiger Woods, NBA Hall of Famer Patrick Ewing and Usher and Robin Thicke performed. The night the Cuban-American model caught Michael’s eye she was freak dancing.

Proud mom of twins

Yvette is the proud mom of six-year-old twin daughters, Victoria and Ysabel. The twins were born on February 9th, 2014 and have three other half-siblings from Michael’s first marriage- Jeffrey Jordan, Marcus Jordan and sister Jasmine Mikael Jordan.

She’s a model

Though Yvette is not a fan of social media, you can see her in the front row shows like Rebecca Minkoff during Mercedes-Benz fashion week. Yvette is a model and has worked with prestige designers like Alexander Wang. Before her modeling career, Yvette worked in the business industry at Beet the LBS and Aqua Management.

Yvette was born in Cuba in 1979. The Cuban-American lived in Kendall, south of Miami and went to college for business management and worked for her father’s company for a short period of time before joining the modeling industry.

Yvette dated Julio Iglesias

Before Yvette met Michael, she appeared in HOLA! Magazine cover with Latin artist, Julio Iglesias Jr. The two seemed very happy at the beach but the romance was not meant to be. In an interview he mentioned, “I can count on one hand the girls I have dated seriously. Yvette is the third and … the third time’s the charm. She’s a fantastic girl and I like her. Aside from her beauty, which is obvious, she is loving, simple and very good person.”

Despite the deceiving images, Yvette is 12 inches shorter than Michael. She is 5’6 while Michael is 6’6. Yvette seems to have the benefits of wearing all the heels she wants.
