Tom Cruise is selling his famous ranch in Telluride, Colorado for $39.5 million. The 58-year-old action star is saying goodbye to his home which you may recognize from his famous 2008 interview with Oprah, or perhaps his big baby photos reveal with Katie Holmes. Sotheby‘s International Realty nabbed the listing, which is set on a whopping 320 acres of land.

Nestled in the majesty of the mountains, Cruise’s home was custom built for privacy. After years of planning the house was finally erected amongst “breathtaking alpine views.”
On the inside, the mountain views are framed gorgeously. The main house sprawls out at about 10,000 square feet, with an overall lumbery look perfectly complementing the great outdoors.
The cozy atmosphere is “clad in bleached cedar timbers and native stone.” There is also a three-bedroom guest lodge in the aspen groves (just in case you need more room).
