Colombian-born singer Shakira met Spanish soccer star Gerard Piqué on the set of her video Waka Waka (This Time For Africa) that she recorded for the 2010 World Cup and they started dating the following year. They’ve been together ever since and have two sons: Milan (born 2013) and Sasha (born 2015) but as to making it official, the Hips Don’t Lie singer stated in a 2014 interview that: “We already have what’s essential, you know? We have a union, a love for each other, and a baby. I think that those aspects of our relationship are already established, and marriage is not going to change them. But if I’m ever going to get married, he’s the one.”

Talk show host turned media-mogul Oprah Winfrey has been in a relationship with Stedman Graham for over 30 years and she believes it’s been so successful precisely because they have never tied the knot. “His interpretation of what it means to be a husband and what it would mean for me to be a wife would have been pretty traditional, and I would not have been able to fit into that,” she explained to Vogue in 2017.

Supermodel Tyra was with photograher Erik Asla from 2013 until 2017. She gave birth to a son name York, in 2016 but has never shown any interest in getting hitched.

The Charlie’s Angels star dated the likes of Will McCormack and Noam Gottesman before welcoming her son Rockwell into the world in 2015 via a gestational carrier. Opening up about her decision she said: “It doesn’t matter the machinations of how things occur,” she explained. ”How you love and parent a child is most important. That’s the support system, really.”
