Beauty comes in all shapes and sizes but sometimes celebrities switch up their diet and exercise routine to such an extent that their physical transformation can’t help but make an impact. The most recent example has been,  Adele  who has spoken out in the past about the  importance of loving yourself , no matter what your shape is. Her most recent Instagram post shows that she has lost a lot of weight and is almost unrecognisable from the Someone Like You singer that we’re used to seeing. But she’s not the only one.

Other celebrities have surprised us in the past, from  Khloé Kardashian  to  Aislinn        Derbez    they all have shown off drastic physical transformations.

Since 2018, Adele has been out of the public eye, dealing with the breakdown of her marriage with Simon Konecki, with whom she has son Angelo. It’s also rumored that she is currently working on her fourth studio album.

On the occasion of her 32nd birthday she took to Instagram to thank fans for their messages but it was the change in her physical aspect which got the most attention. The Rolling In The Deep singer has followed a diet low in calories with lots of green juices coupled with a daily exercise routine.

Un nuevo dia host Adamari López started off 2020 on the right foot with a new way of life. The presenter was chosen by Oprah Winfrey to be the Latin ambassador of Oprah’s 2020 vision: Your Life in Focus, which aims to promote healthy living on a global scale. Since last January ‘Ada’ has been eating a healthy diet and exercising every day, while posting about her progress on Instagram.

Khloé Kardashian has also gone through a radical change in recent years. Kim and Kourtney’s younger sister has taken up an extensive exercise routine with a healthy diet.

Her routine consists of a 30 minute cardio workout plus 6,000 jump rope swings broken down into sets of 500 with other exercises inbetween.

Very recently, Aislinn Derbez surprised fans with her new slimmed-down image on Instagram. And the actress was very open about how difficult it was for her to lose weight after the birth of her daugther Kailani, especially as she suffered from post-partum depression.

She has shared untouched photos of herself in the year after her daugher’s birth, something she didn’t dare do at the time but has since realized that she’s not alone in struggling with her weight. Opening up about the process she said: “I didn’t realize at that time how demanding, harsh and impatient I was being with my body, I didn’t understand that because of it, I had a beautiful healthy baby in my arms. And then I realized that millions of women were going through the same and feeling the same.”

Talking about her weight-loss journey, Melissa McCarthy, a proponent of body positivity, hilariously said to Extra TV: “No trick, nothing to tell, just super-boring life. You bring it real down, you don’t do anything fun, and you go to bed at 7:30 — that’s the trick.”

Jennifer Hudson has also slimmed down over the years. The American Idol winner has joined the Weight Watchers program in the past and adopted a healthy lifestyle, becoming an inspiration for many of her fans.
