Some argue that money can’t buy happiness but it can definitely purchase spectacular views. David and Victoria Beckham just closed a deal on a full-floor penthouse at One Thousand Museum Residences, the skeleton-shaped structure and one of the most iconic buildings in Downtown Miami. Zaha Hadid’s high-rise condominium officially opened in August 2019 as one of the most anticipated towers. Besides featuring a helipad and whimsical views at every corner, the building is the first one of its kind to partner with Forbes Travel Guide to create a hospitality-focused experience for residents.
But the luxury lifestyle comes at a hefty price of $24 million. The extravagant property was agreed some months ago and finally it closed with ONE Sotheby's International Realty representing both sides of the deal. The Beckhams will take over the 11,046 square feet as David expands Inter Miami CF, Miami’s new MLS team. Take a sneak peek inside opulence and luxury to discover where the Beckhams will spend their staycation.
Luxury services
Some of the amenities include a Sky Lounge for dining and private events with seasonal menus curated by the building's culinary team, a private beach club and state-of-the-art equipment by Techno-Gym. “Iconic design, sophisticated lifestyle, privacy and security are among the key factors driving our clients to make One Thousand Museum their Miami base,” said the development team of One Thousand Museum. “We know Mr. Beckham and his team will be very happy here.”
Marble interiors
The extravagant condo features seven toilets and white marble interiors with breathtaking views of the bay.
Five bedrooms
The fancy unit includes five bedrooms, six bathrooms and a half bath boasting whimsical views from Miami skyline. The 62-floor building is also near the American Airlines Arena, home of the Miami Heat team.
Private helipad
The full-floor residence also features access to a private rooftop helipad, making it Miami’s only residential building accessible via its own private airport.
Fancy Amenities
David and Victoria will have access to a spa with relaxation pods and private treatment rooms and the Aquatic Center featuring an indoor lap-pool at the 61st Floor.
