Amara La Negra

Like last year, 2019 is shaping up to be the year of the woman. More specifically, the year of the Latina woman.

Across all industries, the world is seeing an influx of Latinas show us their star-studded talent. Whether that's on screens, playlists, or Instagram feeds, these ladies have proved that they're a force to be reckoned with and they have the power to inspire and influence

They are the women with the enviable Insta feeds worth thousands of double taps. They are the click queens and Latina Powerhouses.

Amara La Negra

You may know her from VH1's Love & Hip Hop: Miami, but Diana de los Saldana AKA Amara La Negra is shaping up to be a true media sensation. With 1.9 million followers on Instagram and a growing fan base for her music, she is one of today's top influencers.

As a Latina celebrity of African ancestry, Amara feels it's important to use her platform in order to raise awareness for the Afro-Latino community. "I began to feel this need to empower other women, to liberate people," she says.

One way this powerhouse sends a message is through her music. Her latest album, Unstoppable, deconstructs male-centric urban rhythms and infuses them with her own feminist energy to create powerful (and head-bopping) beats.

Camila Coelho

Brazilian-American makeup vlogger and fashion blogger Camila Coelho has quickly made a name for herself in the beauty industry.

Based in Boston, her rise began back in 2010 when she started posting beauty tips in her native Portuguese language to her YouTube Channel in 2010. Inspired by her success, she created an English-language channel in 2011, MakeUpByCamila2.

She immediately amassed almost 1.2 million subscribers. Her Instagram now boasts 7.7 million followers, while her Twitter has almost 280,000 followers around the world.

Besides spring makeup tutorials and hairstyle inspo, the brunette beauty has three top tips for success: "1. Believe in yourself. 2. Whatever you decide to do, do it 100%! 3. Don't be afraid of failure; you will learn from it!"

She sings, acts, dances, models and has more than 33 million followers on Instagram. And Eleanora (Lele) Pons has something else a unique star power that can't be taught and that some people are just born with.

Lele came to prominence on Vine and later branched out to YouTube, showcasing her comedic skills by creating comedy sketches for her channel, which (no big deal) has more than 13 million subscribers.

The former host of La Voz...Mexico has also acted in film, TV and music videos, including her bestie Camila Cabello's Havana video. As for her music, the trained opera singer, released two singles—Celoso and Teléfono—last year and is slated to release a full album in 2019

The secret to her success? "The message you're portraying is what drives the type of people that follow you."

Dulce Candy

Dulce Candy

Dulce Candy is the epitome of a boss babe. She's a wife and a mother, and still has time to be an entrepreneur, published author, and an all around inspiring woman.

One look at her Instagram feed and YouTube Channel, and you'll instantly want to revamp your routine. She gives tips on home decor (do opt for Edison light bulbs), self care (do journal), and beauty (don't pack on the glue).

In the past, the Mexican-American influencer has partnered with well-known brands, such as Macy’s, Olay, P&G, and Kohls. She's also appeared on several shows, including Lifetime’s Project Runway, The Today Show, Good Morning America, and The Rachael Ray Show

If you don't pick up her best-seller The Sweet Life: find passion, embrace fear, and create success on your own terms, always remember these wise words: "You can’t control everything. Your hair was put on your head to remind you of that."

Julie Sarinana

Julie Sarinaña

You may know her from her picture-perfect Instagram feed SincerelyJules, but behind the feed is Julie Sarinaña, a Mexican lifestyle and fashion influencer.

Julie founded Sincerely, Jules in February 2009 as a sort of blog where she'd put all her daily inspirations. Fast forward a few years and the boss babe turned her creative outlet into a major brand, where she serves as the owner and the Creative Director.

For some fashion (and globe-trotting) inspiration, head over to Julie's Instagram, which has more than 5 million followers. Her motto to reaching your goals? "Dream, Believe, and Achieve."

Caeli

Caeli

Olalla Lopez aka Caeli, is a Mexican-based vlogger that has over 13.7 YouTube subscribers and over 7 million Instagram followers.

Most of her content is churned out in her native Spanish language, but Instagram is the universal language of our time, and you don't need to understand her to get that this girl knows the power of a post. Whether she's eating a plate of pasta, hanging with Drake Bell, taking a selfie in the desert, you can't help but tag along for the ride.

She's picked up two MTV Millennial awards and has worked with brands, such as Coco-cola. Up next, she's probably (most likely!) going to transition to the English market because in the U.S we ~love~ Insta feeds.
