Amara La Negra
Like last year, 2019 is shaping up to be the year of the woman. More specifically, the year of the Latina woman.
Across all industries, the world is seeing an influx of Latinas show us their star-studded talent. Whether that's on screens, playlists, or Instagram feeds, these ladies have proved that they're a force to be reckoned with and they have the power to inspire and influence.
They are the women with the enviable Insta feeds worth thousands of double taps. They are the click queens and Latina Powerhouses.
Amara La Negra
You may know her from VH1's Love & Hip Hop: Miami, but Diana de los Saldana AKA Amara La Negra is shaping up to be a true media sensation. With 1.9 million followers on Instagram and a growing fan base for her music, she is one of today's top influencers.
As a Latina celebrity of African ancestry, Amara feels it's important to use her platform in order to raise awareness for the Afro-Latino community. "I began to feel this need to empower other women, to liberate people," she says.
One way this powerhouse sends a message is through her music. Her latest album, Unstoppable, deconstructs male-centric urban rhythms and infuses them with her own feminist energy to create powerful (and head-bopping) beats.

Julie Sarinana
Julie Sarinaña

Caeli
Caeli

Whether she's eating a plate of pasta, hanging with Drake Bell, taking a selfie in the desert, you can't help but tag along for the ride.
She's picked up two MTV Millennial awards and has worked with brands, such as Coco-cola. Up next, she's probably (most likely!) going to transition to the English market because in the U.S we ~love~ Insta feeds.
