ROSÉ is enjoying the success of her latest album and the release of her latest single and music video, 'Toxic Till the End.' Fans of the BLACKPINK singer continue to show their support and have wondered if the track tells the story of one of her previous relationships.

Rumors about the nature of the relationship between the musician and her close friend, Jaden Smith, also continue. The two performers have been spotted hanging out in the past, and their fanbases speculated about a possible romantic relationship.

During her latest interview with Vanity Fair, ROSÉ was asked if the track, which details a manipulative relationship with an ex who was “jealous and possessive," is about Jaden. “No, it’s not about Jaden Smith,” ROSÉ said, clarifying the rumors. The singer was hooked up to a lie detector during the interview, which means the romance was just rumors. 

However, the musician says she has a good friendship with Jaden and has not seen him in a while. “He’s a good friend, though," she said. “Hi, Jaden,” she added, waving to the camera. “Miss you lots.”

Jaden went public with his former girlfriend Sab Zada in 2024. The pair had been romantically linked since 2020. But it seems their relationship did not last after being in the public eye, as the pair called it quits, with Jaden being photographed with a model named Khleopatre in Ibiza, Spain while enjoying their time aboard a luxury yacht and sharing a romantic moment.

Jaden opened up about his feelings, revealing that he shares everything in his music. "I’m going through emotional things, dealing with those experiences, and feeling overwhelmed. Like I don’t know what to do, but that’s when I get into the studio," he said to Billboard.
