The 45-year-old actress took to her Instagram in January 2018 to share a sexy shot while on a vacation with her husband Joe Manganiello. "The is out!!," the <i>Modern Family</i> star captioned the image showing off her toned body in a bikini.
In the photo, Sofia posed in front of a stunning backdrop, while smiling and showing off her amazing body in a black and animal-print swimsuit. The mother-of-one added chic sunglasses and a floral-print cover up that blew in the wind to complete the look.
