Coco Rocha se transforma en Audrey Hepburn bajo la mirada de Christian Siriano

El diseñador nos traslada al jardín de rosas que apasionaba a la actriz de 'Desayuno con diamantes'

El egresado de Project Runway estuvo encargado de dar el pistoletazo de salida a los desfiles de la temporada Otoño/Invierno 2023-2024 de New York Fashion Week con sus preciosos estampados y relieves estratosféricos, dos terrenos que Siriano domina a la perfección. El recinto se llenó de rosas de tres colores para simular el jardín de Audrey Hepburn capturado en vida por el fotógrafo Richard Avedon, así como por la miniserie Jardines del Mundo. Este escenario sirvió de base para idear 56 looks imponentes de tul, lamé o tafetán cubiertos con apliques de rosetones o moldeados con la figura de una flor. Coco Rocha, su amiga íntima, se transformó en Hepburn a ojos del diseñador, una versión lejana de los clásicos vestidos lisos por los que la recordamos exactamente 30 años después de su muerte.
