La directora creativa de Longchamp, Sophie Delafontaine, presenta en New York Fashion Week por tercer año consecutivo su colección otoño-invierno 2020-2021 y lo hace apostando por una estética vintage inspirada en los años 70, que funciona a la perfección con el effortless parisino, dos autenticas señas de identidad de la firma. Vestidos, camisas y faldas estampadas con estilo retro, prendas confeccionadas en ante y en cuero como los pantalones culotte que prometen convertirse en la prenda estrella del otoño, o las blazers diseñadas con texturas de pelo son algunas de las propuestas más características de la colección. El verde, el rojo y el binomio compuesto por el blanco y negro hilaron la presentación, dando color sobre todo a looks monocromos o bicolores. Los relajados juegos cromáticos se combinaban a la perfección con los imparables accesorios, que se consagran una vez más como la pieza clave de la propuesta. Y en este universo de complementos, vemos como se contraponen bolsos en clave XL junto con otros de dimensiones mini. Por último, hubo una propuesta que captó el protagonismo de la colección: los abrigos y chaquetas confeccionados en ante con borreguito y pelo en sus solapas, reafirmando una vez más ese toque setentero del desfile.
